I have a dilemma! My new HRM registered that I burnt 910 calories doing 90 mins of circuit! I don't think this is true as with my old HRM used to tell me it was more like 700 (give or take).
Unlike my old HRM which wanted to know my gender, age & weight my new one only asked for my gender & age..surely it can't work out what I'm capable of burning if it doesn't have all my data??
