Yaaaaa! 8 pounds off since Jan 1st!!!!

I jumped on the scale this morning and lost 8 pounds since the 1st of the month. Just by eating smaller meals during the day and doing the eliptical for 30 minutes every morning and evening. Now I just read that if I do 30 minutes and then rest for 20 and jump back on and do another 30 minutes it burns more fat and calories. I will give that a try this evening. My husband and I are going out to an Authentic high end restaraunt tonight and I know I won't be able to type in the items on this fitness plan. I do not thing Gamba Ristorante has their menu on this app. I will just eat chicken!!
