Any good suggestions for football snacks over the weekend? Headed to put some miles on the Fitbit to help out. Normally I'd make all kinds of great football snacks that are not friendly to the diet! Help!!!!!!

    Steak!!! Haha
I'm taking hummus and carrots to go with it though. Also popcorn.
Last week, I made this awesome Buffalo Chicken dip:
Heat all these up in a 350 oven, covered, for about 20-30 mins. Stir. Heat for additional 15 mins.
1 block fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup Franks hot sauce
    1/4 cup light ranch
    1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella
1 lb. cooked, chopped chicken tenders
I served it with pita chips and celery sticks. The bowl was scraped clean by the end of the game. :)

    GO TEXANS!!!

plain old popcorn is good and salsa has only about 10 calories per serving (it is the chips that kill me). i'm thinking about making some of my own spicy chicken strips by baking chicken and covering them with hot sauce and using that as a meal replacement.
