3500 calories = a pound? Not necessarily - Great Info

I was snooping around about the 3500 calorie rule and came across this article that I thought I should share because it is so informative. It gives a lot of answers about proper caloric intake depending on how overweight you are, and why your body can plateau. It provides a very informative explanation of losing fat versus lean body mass (i.e. muscle). Hope you find this helpful:
