Right, fed up. Weighed myself and I'm back up to where I was. I had lost about 8lbs in the couple of months before Christmas, and I have been attending bootcamp exercise sessions regularly. My fitness has vastly improved and my dad says I looked like I had lost weight, (yesterday) but it has all come back so maybe i am changing shape. I went skiing over Christmas and ate and drank way too much, and then with Christmas parties etc I fell off the healthy wagon.
Running 3 times a week now (since Wed) and doing bootcamp sessions at least twice, but weight is very slow at shifting. I only need to lose max of a stone and a half, but it won't go!!!
Help!

agreed - I measure more than I weigh myself and I notice a difference from the scale to the inches.0
