Hi, I ate one of these this morning (it was VERY good!) and it is advertised as "under 400 calories" but I can't find nutrition info for it. DD's website has the sandwich but no info. Any idea how to count this
It is an egg white, cheddar cheese slice, turkey sausage and English muffin.
I wish I knew the amount of carbs.

No lie, I bought the exact same thing from Walmart. "Smart Ones" breakfast sandwiches. And I think they're like 350 calories.0

I keep being suspicious of these advertisements - if you get the literature a lot depends on what you leave out. I had a sandwich at Subway the other day and the only way I could make it work was by not adding anything to the bun...be sure to read the fine print on them. The food court is a mine field isn't it.
I found it on page 3: 390 calories: http://www.dunkindonuts.com/content/dunkindonuts/en/menu/nutrition/nutritionguide.pdf0
