I'm excited to start losing and toning up. Although I don't have a whole lot to lose, I was very naughty and ate my way through the entire holiday season and did not exercise at all, doing a lot of damage to my 41-year-old figure. As most of us know, as we get older, it's not as easy to keep our cute little figures we had in our 20's and 30's. We have to work a lot harder at getting it back when we mess up!
I have a trip planned for October of this year and I want to look fantastic for it so I want to start preparing now. I think the trick is going to be getting fit and staying fit. I need to make new habits and stick with them. I welcome any new friends who would like to have support and be support to someone serious about having the body they've always wanted.
