Replacement for Smart Wheat Bread by Wonder Bread

I have used my last loaf of Smart Wheat that I had frozen. I'm very sad, as I can no longer by this, since Hostess is gone! I need a replacement. I have not found one I like yet. I have tried Sara Lee 45 calorie wheat and I do not care for it. Any suggestions?

Wheat is problematic anyway as it is mostly addictive because of the gliaden content (not gluten--gliaden). I have found a 100% organic whole rye bread (it comes with either flax seed or sunflower seeds in it) and it is wonderful. It is sourdough raised so that anyone with yeast issues can have it (and the sourdough is actually GOOD for you). I guarantee that NO ONE pigs out on this bread because it is so satisfying. Rye has unique properties that make it great for building muscle and watching one's body fat. It has a type of soluble fiber that fills you up for a LONG time.

This is what I eat. The sugar free one only has 50 cals, if you want that.
