REVABS, has anyone tried this work out???

My friend surprised me and got me REVABS (DVD set)....she hasn't got it to me yet. I looked up some testimonies and I am hoping to hear if anyone has tried this workout. IF you had any thing you want to share that you liked or disliked. i am currently doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. So I am excited to mix it up a little. ~Thanks~ :happy:

Yes I started it on December 31, and I love it! It reminds me of some of Jillian's workouts. It seems most of the workouts are intervals rounds, done 3 times each. For example, I just finished Power Intervals. The round is 8 weighted lunges on each side/2x; then 30 seconds of jumping jacks, then 30 seconds of burpees/repeated twice. You repeat this whole round 3 times. It sure gets your heart rate up. And Brett is very motivating. It's a good change of pace. Good luck!0
