Joined a Gym

I'm officially a member at Snap Fitness 24/7 now. I am making a habit of waking up early, going to the gym and coming home to relax before I head to work. I have a lot of motivation right now to keep going, anybody having any suggestions of where to start for a guy of my size being 5'8 and 312 lbs?

I agree. Book at least one session with a trainer. That'll help you get a baseline for where you're at and give you a plan for exercising. They'll be able to tailor a program that will work for you with the equipment they have.0

after the first day at the gym, every muscle in your body will hurt that is the acid build up. PUSH THOUGH IT. just keep going back to the gym, keep working though it. after a week it will be gone.0
