I work at home as a typist but have added running 5 to 6 days a week 3 to 4 miles a day. Right now I am set for a sedentary lifestyle on my calories here. Should I up that to account for the running? I find that I am hungry all the time now.

The most accurate way to do it would be to leave your activity level as sedentary and then to log your exercise in the "exercise" tab above, each day. Are you measuring your calorie burn on your runs? MapMyRun I've found has pretty good estimates, unless you're running up a lot of hills, in which case the estimates will be low.0

Mostly running on my treadmill at the moment. When I do get outside the app I have is sketchy. Will have to try MapMyRun.0
