I have the C25K free app, IntervalTime by Cosmical Technology for intervals and tabata, and Wherever Workout for when I don't have a lot of time. They have workouts that are based on the amount of time and equipment you have, and it's free!0

Love Nike Training Club, it has the greatest workouts, and they really do seem to help. Theres also a huge variety to try. Also although it isn't specifically a fitness app, I love Day One for journaling about my weight loss, and adding progress pictures, etc. It really is helpful.0

I've been trying out endomondo, but the calories burned on there is way different that what MFP says.....I'm confused as to how I can get an accurate measure of the calories burned.0

A heart rate monitor with a chest strap is the most accurate.0 -

I love mapmyrun,
I am wondering, do you find the calories logged by Mapmyrun are more than what you find logged on MFP?
If so which are the best numbers to log?
Im tired of having to use 3 different apps to average them out for reading.0 -
