I have difficulty getting enough protein in my day. Any suggestions on low calorie, high protein foods.

    protein shakes, tiliapia, shrimp, skinless boneless chicken, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, lean red meat, almonds. Other foods that don't have as much but also have some, oats, edamames, quinoa, brown rice.

    I am currently on a lower calorie, high protein diet (per personal trainer). I am trying to get 121g or more protein per day and have been very successful so far. I make sure to include major protein at all 3 meals (eggs or 4oz of meat), and include greek yogurt, cottage cheese, skim milk, etc. Good luck!

    My friend, chickentunashake, does 1200 calories/day but usually over 150g protein... look her up!

    Don't be afraid of allocating calories to protein. You will feel more satisfied and not need as many for carbs if you do.
