Here is how I've lost 10 pounds in a month without starving.
I found some easier ways to make foods that fill me up with less cals.
One is sugar free Soy Slender chocolate drink. It's only 70 calories for a cup and tastes like chocolate milk so I add soy protein powder to it and blend for a morning shake. That with one or two cups of coffee makes me full for breakfast.
One of the best lunches yet is low cal wraps stuffed with red leaf lettuce. I use either the 100 calorie tortillas or I just use the meat as a wrapper if I'm low on calories that day. Its just turkey slices, lettuce and mustard. Then I wrap it in saran wrap to keep it together and cut it in half. It's filling and yummy. Also there is some super low cal soup in a box.. Carrott ginger or portabello soup. I haven't tried it yet but I bet it would make a good pairing with the wrap.
Last I eat a ton of Tilapia. That stuff is so low calorie it's hard to believe. I like it best with lemon juice and Paul Prudhomes Cajun spice. Heavy on the spice. I just pan fry it. Yuuum.
Broccoli is good with a tiny bit of cheese sauce too. Josh actually talked me into trying velveeta bc it's lower in calories. Having tried it I have to admit that it isn't as awful as I thought it would be...
For Snacks those 40 Calorie Fudgcicles sugar free, are perfect.
I really think that eating sugar causes a craving for more of it. So I stopped eating processed sugars altogether. WIth Stevia (the best) and Splenda there just is no need for it and I am dropping the weight like never before and and still get yummy treats.
