Hi all. I have decided that for me and my family I HAVE to drop some weight. 10 years ago I lost close to 200 pounds, at the time I weighed over 400 pounds and needed surgery and had to lose weight before the surgeon would touch me.
At this point I am at 277.
Over the last 10 years I have had over 20 surgeries. I have diverticulitus and have had ruptures several times. I have also had my gallbladder and part of my liver removed in the last year. I now suffer from short bowel syndrome as well as post-cholesistectomy syndrome.
Basically, veggies and fruits are evil.
If I eat more than just a tiny amount of either I get ill and basically either need to wear a diaper or camp in the bathroom.
So, I have a long road to get down living on carbs and protien.
