This is delicious! Greek Yogurt is thick and creamy so adding the sugar free strawberry syrup makes it a great treat.
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1-2 Tbl of Walden Farms sugar free syrup (more or less to taste)
1 packet stevia (optional) I like to add stevia to cut the tartness

I also like their European style organic nonfat yogurt. I buy TJ's frozen berries, thaw them, add the yogurt along with a tsp of honey and a few pecans.......YUM0

I just finished up my own Greek yogurt I made this week! Positively_Me told me how! I made it with 1% organic milk and this last serving I mixed with a tbsp of organic maple syrup - sooo good!
I feel so 1970's flower child making my own yogurt!0 -
