New and Looking to loose the weight!!

Im 5'2 and a working wife and mother of 2!! My job constantly keeps me at a desk but im making a lunch hour count for all its worth!
Right now I hate to say it but Im 163 but just on Wednesday I was 168!!! Doing nothing special just watching what Im eating and working on making me own myself again!!!

I cant continue to be that one i see in the mirror now !! I used to be very active and back in school I was in cheerleading!! I cantdo this anymore I want to be me again not the person I am seen as but the one thats under these layers!!!

  • working out over lunch is a great plan---just make sure to eat enough to fuel your workouts and be able to stick with your plan long term!

    HI - I'm a working mom too, and I use my lunch time to get into shape as morning are hard, and evening pretty much impossible. Keep up the great progress and you will see results - it does take a while to happen, so be patient.
