I didn't realize....

I was playing around with my food diary and decided to add the sodium tracker - EEK!

I did not realize there was soooo much sodium in -

Fat Free cottage cheese (even though it is a great source of protein)
Quaker Rice Cake Minis
Black Diamond Fat Free Cheddar Slices
Light Peanut Butter
Source Yogurt

Still healthier choices for me than my recent past but I will have to lessen my intake. Just thought anyone who has issues with salt might find this interesting.
