calorie free foods?

are they ok for you? you would think everything would have calories. do calorie free foods hurt your body?

Like what? Calorie free foods are hard to find? There are super low cal foods like watercress, cabbage, limes or lemons, bell peppers, turnips, melon, etc
Then there are things like Coke Zero (which I don't drink).
The only true calore free item I can think of is water.0 -
Think of it like this. If you're questioning it's health, chances are it's not good for you. Calorie free foods are laden with chemicals- which over time can cause cancer and bad health. Be safe, eat natural... all foods SHOULD have calories0

There are no calorie free foods... at least not anything remotely natural.

Think of it this way...even dirt and wood have calories (if u were to eat those haha). I can see a drink having no calories, but not food that has substance and takes effort to eat. UGH! I just posted something about this yesterday called "Frankenfood."0
