treat days

Just wondering if other people are allowing themselves a 'treat day' once a week? Not to go crazy, just to get a takeaway or something. Or do you think it's too easy to stray if you do that?

Depends entirely on the person. People tend to fall in one of three groups:
1. If they eat any junk food ever, they fall off the wagon.
2. They eat healthy almost all of the time, but make room for a cheat meal or day or special occasion so they don't feel deprived.
3. They eat what they want when they want so long as it fits into their calorie goals and macros.0 -

I'm in the eat what I want when I want as long as it's in budget. Deprivation has never worked for me.0
