I need to severly limit my sodium. I have stage (I think that's what it's called) 3 pitted edema. All tests are negative, but it may be high blodd pressure and salt in my diet., I'm also a diabetic (wear a pump). Any suggestions besides not eating in restaurants? Even Lasix isn't helping.
