raspberry ketones

I've seen adverts saying that raspberry keytones help burn fat...anyone tried them? do they work? or is this just another scam to get money out of us?

If it refers to Ketones as in the process of Ketosis then yes, this doesn't sound useful! Ketones are produced when fat/fatty acids are metabolised. A supplement of them can't implicate that process beneficially in my opinion.

I heard they can mess up your hormones if you're on birth control, while not actually working also.
