Taco experiment

I decided to use a lettuce leaf instead of tortillas for my shredded chicken tacos tonight. Think like a lettuce wrap with Chinese food, but with taco stuff instead. :)

It was very yummy!

    I bought a ton of chicken today too. Wondering what else I can do this way!?

    That's a good idea! I guess you could really do it with anything! I was thinking taco meat made out of beef! You could definately do tuna salad or chicken salad this way too.
