    I love this! A year of hard work is amazing in itself and it SURELY paid off! Thank you for the reminder to enjoy that snack or dessert every once in awhile. Just shows that "eat less - move more" really does work! You don't have to follow a crazy workout to see results. Congrats on your amazing achievement Caitlin!!
