How accurate is MFP? I'm not exercising so I had my maintenance set to sedentary ... But even doing nothing no exercise just reg living I still lost weight... That was at 1410 cals a day now I set it to lightly active and its telling me 1510 woopy a whole extra 100 lol. What's your take I'm 22 barely active & weigh 98 lbs 5 ft nothing I'm seriously trying to find my " magic number" lol

They is no magic number. Try the 1510, and if you still lose weight, up it a little more (you can set goals manually rather than going by MFP)

    :)

The sooner you realise this is not an exact science, the happier you will be. (Drives the data-freak in me nuts as well!)

you have a 4yo active child, go to college and I bet do most of the housework. You're not sedentary.
lightly active or active I'd say, and eat back your exercise cals if you're maintaining.

I am indeed maintaining my weight loss goals have been accomplished lol. Thank The Lord ❤ , that being said every-time I looked up a definition for sedentary or lightly active or active they go by steps taken in a day or exercise.. I don't know how many steps I take in a day seriously I don't lol. I live in the poconos so during the winter I'm driving from point a to b then straight home. I do have a 4 yr old who I am responsible for all 24 hrs of each day lol, but we're home most of the time & I drive to n from class.. F stress counts as a calorie burner I prob rack in hundreds.. But going based on activity I don't exercise I literally only have time for exercise during the spring slash summer which is when I go ape *kitten* fitness wise lol so that's why I set myself at first to sedentary n now lightly active

If you have the sole care of a four year old, you're doing stuff like cooking, cleaning, laundry etc. I And picking up after the kid (I know, i have a four year old as well, my life is spent picking up after her and her eight year old brother. You're not sedentary :)
