So I bought a heart rate monitor and belt anyone tried to use these before? I cant figure it out!

    congrats on your new purchase. Was it expensive? What does it exactly do? I am considering buying the fitbit one but i read on here somwhere a lady said that if she had to choose, she would prefer the HRM. So i wanted to know about them. Thanks Bella

    Which one did you get? I have a Polar FT60 and I love it. The instruction manual was fairly easy to follow the second time I read it. :bigsmile:
