I'd like to introduce myself, my daughters told me about this ap and the three of us are supporting each other through it. So far I think it's fab, love the barcoding scanning function along with the exercise checker. I really want to lose weight to get fit, I have three daughters and seven grandchildren and I'd like to be around and fit for a long time to come. I look forward to reading posts on here.
