What Do You Normally Eat ?

Hello,
So, I'm looking to shake up my food plan a bit, since a lot of chocolate and fatty stuff has managed to sneak into my diet over Christmas, and I do fancy a bit of a change. So I was just wondering really, what is in a typical food diary for you ?

Thanks :)

everything. literally. i deny myself nothing. That said, i eat everything in moderation. but something that can be seen in almost every day for me is nuts, peanut butter, chicken or tuna, cottage cheese, edamame, and milk. All good protein sources. other than that, i try to get as much fresh fruit and veg as possible.

I cook a variety of evening meals. I love to cook and I make a lot of different things. In the daytime though I'm a creature of habit. I eat Oatmeal Bread, greek yogurt, cashews, apples, spinach, tomato, cucumber, cottage cheese, tuna, and mini York peppermint patties.

My diary is open. Feel free to have a look, but fair warning: you might wish you hadn't! :smokin:
