Has anyone experience improvement in your vision when changing eating habits? I don't know if it is possible, but I started drinking fruit/veg smoothies this week for breakfast, and for the past 3 days, I have had to remove my glasses to see better. Any thoughts?

No, it's not possible to impact vision directly through diet. But, what could be causing it is that your healthier eating/exercise has eliminated fatigue, and fatigue can contribute to poor vision/reduced visual acuity.0
