Better vision???

Has anyone experience improvement in your vision when changing eating habits? I don't know if it is possible, but I started drinking fruit/veg smoothies this week for breakfast, and for the past 3 days, I have had to remove my glasses to see better. Any thoughts?

  • No, it's not possible to impact vision directly through diet. But, what could be causing it is that your healthier eating/exercise has eliminated fatigue, and fatigue can contribute to poor vision/reduced visual acuity.
