    this is my first go around also. I tried the web md site and i liked it a lot. this is only my third day and it is amazing when you add it all up and realize how much you ate in a day

    How do you stay full? I'm really going to start it full on on Monday but I have a vitamix not a juicer- any tips you can give me?

    I've been doing it for half the day for about a week and have lost 3 lbs already!
