I have a question for you guys

I`m also a beginner program with the game

I did 20 minute core workout (I don`t think I have the challenge one) and it says I burned 22 calories... I know I burned more and when I tried to add it to my exercises but I don`t know how many calories I burned... any of you have any input on how many you burn
