I'm puffy and need to lose weight

Yep, it has happened. I "let it go" over the last year and now it's time to lose.

I've lost weight before and have a great strategy of a realistic healthy diet that is rich in fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. combined with enjoyable exercise that I know I'll actually do. I just need the discipline to avoid the naughty foods in my life such as pizza, fried mozz sticks, nachos, biscuits 'n gravy, macadamia nut pancakes, soda pop, and several nightcap beverages.
