    1. I went to the gym INSTEAD of going shopping; if I had gone shopping, I wouldve missed out on the gym.
    2. I ate very healthy today! (NO CHEATING!) and loved every bite.
    3. I am FINALLY letting go of the past. We live. We learn. We move on!
    4. I have received many positive comments/compliments from friends and family. Both have encouraged me to keep going and thats exactly what I'm doing.
    5. I feel good! I can taste victory and I'm working hard every day nomatter what to achieve what I want. I can envision THE REAL me.

    Got to listen to my husband play piano with a group of fabulous musicians.
    Cleaned the inside of the boat (we live aboard).
    Went on an unplanned 30 minute power walk with a friend when an opportunity presented itself.
    Took a one hour nap.
    Saved enough calories to have a cocktail this evening.

    1. My husband woke me up before he went to work and asked me if I would make him something to eat, which I did without my usual complaining because he woke me up at 7 am. I didn't even go back to bed after he left.

    2. I did not eat any of the cakes that are in my kitchen.

    3. I worked out today and pushed myself to do that extra 30 minutes.

    4. I took down all of my Christmas decor.

    5. I cleaned house.

    I am gonna find a way to remember to do this every day!

    1. I got my kitten spayed today (responsible pet ownership!)

    2. I have crossed everything off my to-do list except for the two things I'm about to do

    3. I went running AND lifted (7 pullups in one set, yay!)

    4. I have eaten healthful meals today

    5. It is my 6-month anniversary with my wonderful BF and we had a super awesome weekend together!

    1. I woke up early feeling very postive.

    2. My attitude towards dieting was brilliant.

    3. Was organised and took all my lunch and snacks (ie. Fruit) to work with me.

    4. Wore nice clothes and actually felt good about myself.

    5. My wee girl :)

    1. i have an interview tomorrow
    2. i can do 30 minutes or more a day on my elliptical in less then a week
    3. i have made some yummy low calorie meals
    4. decided on a church and reception site for my wedding
    5. helped my sister in law buy and assemble an elliptical

    1. I went to bed at a reasonable time and woke up to my alarm.

    2. I've drank a good amount of water today

    3. I finished my exams today, so that's out of the way... ready for the second semester of school!

    4. I ran today, even though it was only 1.5 miles... every bit counts!

    5. I started the day with a smile and a cup of tea!! :p

    1. First day back at work since the holidays and I was actually kind of looking forward to it.
    2. Had a nice kickoff breakfast courtesy of my manager.
    3. Got back to the gym for the first time in a few weeks and it felt awesome!
    4. Heard back from a friend who I thought was mad at me and she seems okay.
    5. I'm actually within calories for the first time in a while.
