I am tired all the time. I talked to my doctor about it and they tested my blood. My Vitamin D was extremely low and my B12 was low. I am already working on my Vitamin D but now I need to focus on my B12 as well. Does anyone know any foods high in B12?

Shellfish, meat, cheese and eggs.
When my B12 was extremely low my doctor gave me B12 shots to bring me back up to normal. From there I usually take supplements because I was already eating plenty of the foods that contain it. Some people just don't absorb enough, so if you fall into that category, try B12 vitamins.
It's amazing how much better you'll feel. B12 = Energy!!!0 -
Venison is loaded with B12 and other B vitamins and it is very low in fat and calories.0

Many oily fish are a fantastic source of both vitamin D and B12, not many other foods contain D but vitamin B12 is found in useful amounts in many animal products (meat, seafood, dairy, eggs). Do check which are best here, chicken breast is surprisingly useless.
