Starting Now-- YAY!

Hi Everyone!

I'm new here and excited as ever to pursue my fitness goals. First, I will be eating much healthier and no more soda pop. Second, I can't wait forever for my foot to heal (torn PF from running). I'm going to start yoga and some strength exercises. Also, the stationary bike, if the doc says it's ok. Mostly, I want to get back to running because then I never had to be concerned with my weight. I welcome any and all good advice.

Oh, a bit more about me. I'm 40, a mother of five, a wife to a very athletic and thin hubby. I live in Indiana. Ask me anything you like. :)
