A useful exercise site.....

First off, I am SO sorry if this is the wrong place to post this or whether its ok to post it or not!!!!
I simply came across it, and thought that I should share it with other people that may be interested. **shy**

Anyway, I was looking around Youtube for fitness videos that targeted legs and thighs and came across this very useful site that give tons of instructions videos for exercises that do not require equipment. It also includes diet/food suggestions, etc. The person that runs the website is a professional trainer. It is completely free with no registration required.
I have been doing to upper/inner thigh routine for about a week now and have definitely seen improvement in the shape of my legs.
