Newbie! 5'7" 200lbs

Hi all!

Just getting back into using MFP so thought I would introduce myself properly and see if there's anyone out there with similar goals. I'm currently 202lbs (I'm 5'7"), down from 206, hoping to get back to around 140 which is what I was before I stuffed my face with crap for three years at university! I've just overhauled my diet and am eating Paleo on the advice of a friend who has had great success after adopting that lifestyle, and so far am loving it. I'm thinking of starting the 30 Day Shred this week too to kick start my fitness regime again.

I've been looking at success stories and find it really useful and motivating to see the progress of other women who are the same height as me who have lost a similar amount of weight, so if anyone would like to add me as a friend to motivate each other then please go ahead! Or anyone with different goals who just wants to chat anyway!

    Exact same height and weight as you! I'm a vegetarian so we don't have the paleo in common but I have cut out all processed food and most grains. Plus I just started the Ripped in 30 yesterday...it's also by Jillian but I'm not sure how similar. Adding you.

    Started at 200 as well. I am looking to go to 160 before I see even 150. 5'6 though. Welcome to MFP!

    Thanks! Well the 140 is a long way off but eventually it would be great to be back there! One day at a time though...
