Is it okay to be under your calorie intake goal, because Im like 300 calories under mines for today, but Im not hungry.

Every so often, it is fine to be under your calories, but don't do it too often, it could effect your energy levels as you exercise.0

Yes, it should be okay, I have been under and feel good. I think it is also about the kinds of foods you are eating...fresh veggies and friut are loaded with fiber and they fill up you and stay with you a longer:)0

300 seems to be a comfortable range for me but everyone is different. Mainly the food choices that we make let us know if we have enough fiber to keep us going. Just listen to your body, it will tell you. If you are under 500 calories or more you may be sending signals to your body that it is starving. Then your body goes into emergency mode and starts storing that energy as fat. I have to remind myself of that since sometimes my mood doesn't make me hungry. I have to make myself eat so that I use food energy properly.0
