Having trouble with maintenance!

Hi everyone,
Well, I achieved my goal weight in late September (woohoo!), but my problem now is that I'm still gradually losing weight! It may seem silly to be so nitpicky, but I am now a pound below what I wanted as my absolute minimum & 3 pounds below my goal weight. When I hit the weight I wanted, I set my calories to maintain & started gaining! So I lowered them & lost the weight again, went back to maintenance & this time kept losing. It's not a lot (3 pounds) & it's been over the course of a few months (with the occasional fluctuation, usually salt-related, I think), but I find myself having trouble not losing now, even when I eat 300-400 calories over my maintenance allotment. What can I do?
Another trouble I have in eating all these calories, is that when I eat more than 300-400 cals at a time, I feel sick to my stomach. When I do eat that much at a time, it keeps me full for several hours. 1600ish cal is a great amount for me to consume & feel full & satisfied, but it isn't enough to keep me from losing weight. I'm getting slightly worried about becoming more slender than I am, even though my frame is small. Any advice?

Gradually increase your calories (by 100 at a time) until you find the level that keeps your weight stable. I'm in the same boat, maintenance takes a little practice. You'll get the hang of it.0

bumping this. Reached my goal the week before thanksgiving and since then have gained about a pound and a half. not sure if it is holiday treats or maintenance gone wrong.0
