Hi Guys,
Just re-introducing myself after a huge lapse!! Havent been on here a while and when i was on here last I promised myself I was getting back on the wagon. Well I failed and now have managed to gain half the weight I originally lost!! So mad at myself. But I figure no point crying about it, time to get back on track and get it off.
So Im now 34yrs old, now 15 kgs away from my goal . I have 2 gorgeous boys aged 6 and 3 (4 in feb) and I love my animals, my friends and family say I have way to many lol I say you can never have enough (as long as they are cared for of course) so my extended family is 3 ragdoll cats , 3 moggies who were recues , a border collie and red healer, 2 guinea pigs , tropical fish and goldfish pond and my biggest baby of them all my gorgeous horse who I aim to do endurance riding with this year, so I need to get fit if im going to be ready for a 80km ride of trotting!!
Anyway thats me, looking forward to hearing everyone's journeys and keeping motivated

Welcome back! I myself kind of fell off the wagon last year. I joined in June and was doing really well when we had some family issues to deal with and I kind of let myself go again. But I'm back to get healthy and lose some weight in the process!
I'm 27 and work as an RN. So I figure, I should practice what I preach and watch my eating habits. Both my husband and I have gained some weight since we got married 2 and a half years ago, so we decided to get in to shape and eat healthier. Through some Googling, I've found AllRecipes.com and they have some awesome recipes and meal plans that, for me anyway, will really help with my weight loss journey. I hope yours goes well too!
Feel free to friend me if you want some motivation or a friendly hello.0
