49 years old female new to myfitnesspal

Hi I'm 49 years old and trying to lose about 15 lbs and get in control of my weight and my body once and for all. I have been yo-yo dieter for a long time and I want to start exercising and learn how to maintain my weight and gain some muscle finally!
