Hi I'm 49 years old and trying to lose about 15 lbs and get in control of my weight and my body once and for all. I have been yo-yo dieter for a long time and I want to start exercising and learn how to maintain my weight and gain some muscle finally! I have two kids whom I love and looking for some friends who are in a similar situation to learn some new tips and tricks and have some support! Add me please!
