I'm Finally Back

I joined MFP about two years ago when I first started trying to lose weight. With exercise, I lost around 25 pound. Then I got lazy and stopped posting my meals, and it was on and off and I eventually deleted my account. I'm finally back because I'm about to go away for school. I wanna lose a couple of pounds before I leave, and I want to keep track of my eating habits while I'm there as well. I love working out. I always feel good especially when I'm sore from a good workout. My main problem is the way I eat, and you know what they say: losing weight and getting fit is 20% fitness, 80% diet. I can never come up with good meal choices and I want to focus on how to get the small amount of calories I need to lose weight by eating food that will help me stay full at the same time. Hopefully I'll find some great tips and ideas in the message boards! Feel free to leave me some of your ideas too!
