adding adding food.

Hi,
I work in a fast food restaurant 10 hours a day, six days a week and I eat free at least once. I’ve found ways to eat around it, but I have no way to log it because the restaurant I work in a local place. How do I get this nutrition information into my diary? Do I just do the “add recipe” option or… what?
