sorry if this has been asked before, but what do you put crossfit under on MFP?

    either use a hrm when you do your workouts or I estimate it at around 300 / workout.

    Well, when I did my baseline including the warm up, I think I burned like 600-630 cal. I would have to go back in my HRM to see the actual burn.

    Edit - I burned 613 cal.

    Baseline:

    500m row
    40 squats
    30 situps
    20 pushups
    10 ring pullups
