How to eat above BMR

Hi, I find it difficult to eat above my BMR and even 1,200 calories without eating junk. Does anyone have any tips or foods that are higher in calories but are healthy?

Just eat more of what you're eating now. By the way, it's far from hard. 90% of my calories come from "healthy" foods. Mind you I consume 3200+ calories a day.

Simple whole foods that don't fall under the category of junk are:

    quiona
nuts including but not limited to walnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews
lean meats including but not limited to steak, chicken, and fish
    greek yogurt
bananas (about 100 calories for one)
    protein shakes or smoothies

Really it depends on whether or not you have any dietary restrictions but all of the above would easily help you reach your 1200 calorie MININUM.
