need a lil help

how can i stay motivated? this is (i think) my 3rd diet attempt, and i want to make it work.... need a healthy ripped body =(

    consistancy....u cant give up when u mess up or when ur trying so hard and the scale number wont budge or will even go up. U have to keep going no matter what and realize that it will take a long time and the road wont be smooth but at the end itll all be worth it

    You dont give up on life....and healthy weight loss is for life. Its not a temporary thing. You have to eat right and exercise forever.

    My greatest motivation has been seeing the weight come off. It takes time...wont happen overnight. But it does happen. Be patient. :)

    Yeah consistency is definitely what it's about. Start simple and small, above all don't overdue it or you'll get burned out. Once you sart dropping a few pounds it becomes easier to stick with it.
