YAY a good NSV

Today i realized i lost another 2 pounds :happy: my mum and dad had been telling me that they could tell i was loosing weight but i wasn't sure if they were just saying that so i wouldn't give up or not but today i walked into the grocery store that i do my fortnightly shop at and was happy when i stood inline at the checkout the lady serving me smiled at me and said "you look fantastic and it looks like you have lost weight!" i felt so good that people really were noticing my hard work :happy: have lost a total of 11 pounds in 1 month and 1 week today
