I want to start working out with a kettlebell heard it was a good way to burn calories, but I don't know anything about them like what exercises I should do and what weight should I get! help please

you can also use a kettlebell the same as you would a dumbbell the only difference is in the center of gravity
the exercises i posted above are compound lifts so you an use a weight heavier than you think.
maybe get a 10 pound to start off for the more technical moves like the snatches and cleans, but for the KB swing definitely go for heavier like 25 or 30 pounds. plus you'll progress quickly through the weights so if you can look into buying an even heavier one that you can work towards0
