I'm hoping to lose around 20lbs by summer :)) Not only to be ready for bathing suit season but also be more fit!! I've never really had much "tone" to my body.....I can/ have lost weight in the past, but never gained much muscle in the process. I'm going to give it a try this time. I want to feel less "jiggly". Hoping to get a good support group on here.
