Hi, I am a 24 year old, who has a little over 100 lbs to lose. I need motivation. Looking for friends whom I can return weight loss support to. I have no self esteem, and absolutely hate myself. I need to do this for myself and my future. Someday I hope to become a momma, and have a family I can be active with, and live a long life with. I have battled my weight my whole life. Phases of weight loss and then drastic weight gain. This time I HAVE to stick with it! I am praying for strength. With God, ALL things are possible!! Thanks for your support!!

Hello, First of all, do NOT hate yourself!!! I have 20 pounds to lose and it feels like 200. You'll have days when you just don't think you'll make it but you will. I am trying very hard to lose the 20 as my knees are really bad. If you need anyone to talk to just write me here or on facebook. My name is Annie Wilkins. Look me up. Also, if you can walk. Just 30 min every other day and see what that does. You don't need anything for walking but shoes which is great. Now I have a dog which makes me walk. I walk her a mile everyday but lately I have been walking 2 miles. I've lost a couple pounds just by doing this. Good luck and God bless.

Well you have taken the first step which is just being here.
This is not a diet, this is the rest of your life. You can take a step away from the negative now, because you are about to make this the BEST year of your life!!!

Make yourself up a poster with motivating pictures on it and put it somewhere that you will see it every day. At 24 you have a great chance of kicking some goals and really making a big change. You can do it!!0 -
I can relate to how you feel but don’t hate yourself. I have to lose over 100lbs to reach my weight goal. My advice is to set mini weight goals, when you reach them it will help boost yourself esteem and motivation. Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other.0
